8. User Obligations

By using our Service, you confirm that:

• All information in your CV is accurate, current, and truthful
• You have the right to share any third-party information included in your CV
• You are at least 16 years old (minimum age under Belgian law for data processing consent)
• You will update your CV if your circumstances change

9. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your CV content. By submitting your CV, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your CV solely for the purpose of providing our Service.

10. Liability Limitations

10.1 Service Provision

We provide our Service on an "as is" basis. While we strive to connect you with suitable opportunities, we do not guarantee:

• Employment outcomes
• The accuracy of employer information
• The suitability of job matches

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, our liability is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed €500 per incident.

11. Belgian Consumer Protection

In accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law:

• You have the right to withdraw from these Terms within 14 days without giving reason
• We provide clear information about our Service before you commit
• Dispute resolution options are available through the Belgian Consumer Ombudsman Service
